Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business units to align marketing activities with their visions and objectives.
- Harness market opportunities through insights, data analytics, creativity, and innovation.
- Contribute to the realization of vision, values, and culture through your actions and decisions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies, plans, and programs, with a focus on Commercial Banking.
- Collaborate with the Senior Manager, B2B Marketing, to support business teams in achieving their goals.
- Be an integral part of our Global Marketing function, helping shape strategic and revenue growth priorities.
- Create engaging content for both paid and owned channels and work with external partners to design effective marketing campaigns.
- Embrace agile methodologies and advocate for a customer-centric approach.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in areas such as Creative Multimedia, Communications, Marketing, or an equivalent field.
- General understanding of advertising and marketing concepts.
- Preferred skills include proficiency in digital marketing, content marketing, web management, marketing automation, storytelling, and experience in events and project management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas effectively.
- Ideally, previous experience in content development, arts, creative, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English (knowledge of additional languages is a bonus).
