Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies and lead the execution of marketing campaigns to promote our trade shows.
  • Collaborate with sales, project, and marketing teams to create effective marketing campaigns that engage our target audiences. Plan and execute multi-channel, cross-device marketing campaigns to achieve specific campaign metrics.
  • Translate marketing strategies into actionable campaign execution metrics, including acquisition targets, customer engagement and retention goals, brand awareness, and the development of new propositions and innovations.
  • Identify and implement new initiatives to engage both established and new audience segments, supporting the growth of our event portfolio.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing and creative, to develop content strategies. Define specific content, customer experiences, and target journeys by channel, and set measurable goals to inform optimization and return on investment (ROI).
  • Manage processes and platforms to ensure visibility and tracking of multi-channel conversion and channel attribution.
  • Utilize in-depth audience insights to personalize marketing content that resonates with the right audience at the right time.
  • Manage campaign budgets and optimize spending based on performance metrics.
  • Promote data-driven decision-making and analysis to make more efficient use of time and marketing resources, focusing on results, experiences, and performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in leading and executing marketing campaigns, including organic and paid campaigns for projects, events, or products.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading and executing digital marketing campaigns, both organic and paid, for projects, events, or products.
  • Proficiency in web channels, social media, web analytics, email marketing systems, and database management systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative mindset for design and content creation.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and deliver flawless work.
  • A dynamic team player with strong leadership qualities.
