Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute dynamic sales strategies to not only meet but exceed business objectives in the dynamic landscape of supply chain logistics.
- Business Expansion: Identify and nurture new business opportunities by proactively engaging with potential clients, conducting insightful market research, and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our valued clients. Understand their unique requirements and collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, including operations, customer service, and pricing, to ensure a streamlined and efficient service delivery model.
- Compelling Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations that highlight our unique strengths and tailor-made solutions.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, ensuring a delicate balance between profitability and adherence to our company policies.
- Market Insights: Stay abreast of market dynamics, competitor activities, and industry regulations. Leverage this knowledge to identify emerging opportunities and proactively manage potential risks.

Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. Relevant certifications or professional training will be viewed favorably.
- Proven Sales Track Record: Demonstrate a proven track record in sales, preferably within the logistics or related industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of the logistics landscape, including key players, trade lanes, and industry trends.
