Cloud & Security Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Support daily AWS Cloud Infrastructure operations and JIRA Administration tasks.
- Collaborate with the internal development team to implement secure coding practices.
- Provide solutions for internal cloud, infrastructure, and technical requests.
- Contribute to the improvement of existing security policy documentation.
- Manage Bit Defender Gravity Zone AntiVirus server for AWS cloud production instances.
- Demonstrate strong data gathering, research, and analytical abilities in infrastructure, security, network, and cloud domains.
Requirements:
- A candidate should hold at least an advanced diploma/degree in computer science or software engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
- Possess substantial technical expertise in secure coding practices, network security, security architecture, and cloud architecture.
- Familiarity with AWS security services, including HUB, AWS Macie, Cloud Trail, AWS Inspector, Trusted Advisor.
- Knowledge of data security integrity and data security legislation, such as EU 95/46/EG and GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
- Basic exposure to JIRA Administration and proficiency with DevOps automation tools such as Jenkins, Kubernetes, and VMware ESXi will be considered an advantage.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
