Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and Inspire: Take charge of a dynamic team, overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Streamline Operations: Manage the end-to-end process of picking, packing, and delivering e-commerce orders.
• Effective Planning: Develop work schedules, allocate manpower, and assign tasks to team members.
• Safety and Cleanliness: Enforce strict adherence to cleanliness and safety standards among team members.
• Inventory Management: Participate in inventory cycle counts, identifying and addressing inventory movements such as obsolete items, discrepancies, aging stock, and non-moving items.
• Recruitment Participation: Play a key role in the recruitment process for the warehouse team.
• Engage in ad-hoc warehouse tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Supply Chain or Logistics is advantageous).
• Physical fitness is preferred due to the nature of the role.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Well-versed in computer literacy.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic warehouse environment with rotating shifts.
• Ready to work in Gelang Patah, Johor Bahru.
• An enthusiasm for sports-related activities is a plus.
