Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the accounts receivable processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to accounts receivable.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Analyze and report on accounts receivable data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Monitor payment collections and implement collection strategies when necessary.
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports related to accounts receivable for management review.
  • Continuously update and improve accounts receivable procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce errors..

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in accounts receivable, finance, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in financial data management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with financial software and tools.
  • Knowledge of relevant accounting principles and regulations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
