Lead Associate – Accounts Receivable
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the accounts receivable processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to accounts receivable.
- Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
- Analyze and report on accounts receivable data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Monitor payment collections and implement collection strategies when necessary.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports related to accounts receivable for management review.
- Continuously update and improve accounts receivable procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce errors..
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounts receivable, finance, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in financial data management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with financial software and tools.
- Knowledge of relevant accounting principles and regulations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
