Marketing Manager (Digital Transformation) – Asia (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Insights: Stay updated on global business strategies, industry trends, and customer growth areas relevant to the digital transformation sector.
  • Marketing Strategy: Identify opportunities to enhance the current marketing plan and create strategies to address any shortcomings.
  • Comprehensive Marketing Plan: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to introduce innovative Digital Transformation services to the market, collaborating with various stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate the unique selling points, features, and customer requirements of our Digital Transformation services to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Marketing Materials: Create engaging marketing materials to promote Digital Transformation services and solutions to business units, regional offices, and channel partners.
  • ROI Measurement: Establish measurable metrics to assess the return on investment (ROI) for all marketing activities outlined in the plan.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration with regional/local marketing teams to enhance cross-functional cooperation.
  • Collaboration with HQ: Secure approvals and collaborate with internal regional and headquarters (HQ) marketing teams to execute marketing activities, utilizing the company’s social media platforms and other marketing tools.
  • Business Development Support: Assist the Business Development team in expanding Digital Transformation business growth through various external marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Education: Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering-related discipline with experience in marketing roles or hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing with expertise in selling cloud/disruptive technology portfolios.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of work experience in marketing within the Digital Transformation or Cloud domain.
  • Technology Familiarity: Knowledge of cloud-related technology, digital transformation services, or subscription-based software. Knowledge of Asset Performance Management or IoT applications is advantageous.
  • Marketing Success: Demonstrated success in implementing marketing strategies in previous roles.
  • Presentation Skills: Proficiency in creating compelling PowerPoint presentations and slide designs.
  • Digital Marketing: Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including SEO, content marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Event Marketing: Proven experience in executing event marketing efforts, including trade show planning, content creation, and reporting.
  • Customer-Centric: Possess a customer-centric mindset with a strong focus on customer needs and satisfaction.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in dynamic environments and comfortable with startup-like settings.
  • Organized: Be exceptionally organized with keen attention to detail, capable of prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Innovative: Bring innovative and creative thinking to marketing initiatives, contributing fresh ideas.
