Admin Assistant, Leasing – Property Consulting Firm
Responsibilities:
- Maintain an organized record of existing agreements and oversee the renewal or replacement of retail lots as needed.
Conduct regular tenant searches to compile a comprehensive database of potential tenants. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the shopping centre market, conducting market research and monitoring retail developments.
- Handle pre-tenancy and post-tenancy matters, including issuing Letters of Offer, managing tenancy agreements, and liaising with our legal team for special conditions, clause changes, and amendments.
- Follow up on all relevant documents until the Tenancy Agreement/Supplementary Agreement is executed by both parties.
- Support tenants by keeping them updated on sales performance and other relevant information.
- Offer administrative assistance to the leasing team, including filing, managing new leasing inquiries and potential tenant follow-ups, correspondence, and collection of tenant documentation.
- Assist the Finance department in communicating with tenants regarding rentals, deposits, and outstanding payments.
- Aid in organizing tenants’ meetings as required by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Marketing, Real Estate Management, Property Development, or a related field.
- Proficient knowledge of tenancy administration and documentation processes.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa.
- Positive attitude, resourceful, quick learner, and ability to work independently and collaboratively with a diverse group of people.
